Genetic Genealogy Tests The tables
below identify
the prices for all of the genetic tests currently offered by FTDNA. More
tests could be added at a later date. The Y-chromosome tests are the
primary tests used by the
Surname DNA Projects, but some participants may desire to seek additional
ancestral information via the mtDNA tests. Both Y-chromosome and and mtDNA
test are used for the Regional DNA Projects.
The following DNA test price
tables are provided here for your convenience to provide you with a perspective
of the relative costs of the various tests and the benefits of obtaining project group
rates. The Huxford Genealogical Society cannot guarantee these prices. Your actual
price will be as set by FTDNA at the time you
place an order for a test.
